Hey there all Coach Cody here this last weekend i got a chance to become part of the HFS family as your new instructor. I was deeply impressed with everyones all around attitude work ethic and interest in learning. ill start out by telling you guys a little bit about myself. I started my Martial Arts carer when i was about thirteen in chinese Kenpo Karate. but i was quickly lured to the fastly evolving sport of MMA. I currently have a record of 2/0 in the cage and have fought in two world Championships in the last two years on Team USA's international fight team. Because of this i was recently able to travel over seas and fight in my Second World Championships in Albania. Ive been in the fight community for three to four years now the last two to three i have had the chance to spend with Coach Mills and i never get tiered of it. What i expect out of my students is plain and simple respect. i come from a traditional Martial Arts back round and respect is one of it's key components. Basicaly you respect me i respect you. the other is trust, i trust you to be there on time to work hard and i am also trusting with my knowledge. knowledge that if used improperly can cause great harm. so dont do anything to violate that trust. and lastly i want you guys to get to know me and i want to get to know you i feel the better i know you the better i can teach you. so if you have any questions or concerns or maybe you would just like to shoot an i dea for class my way never hesitate to tell me whats o your mind cause ill do my best to make it happen. you can post them on here or call me at 1-920-323-1940 at contact me on my E-mail at codyhalvorsen@yahoo.com cant wait to see you guys on the mats PEACE

Hey there you guys. I love you all. and I know I say it often but you know, I take love to certain degrees. Like, I love you all in the sense that you guys are nice and funny and are all around good people. But I don't love you like I'd love my BFFs or my family. And I most Def. Haven't used it in the I LOVE YOU way yet. You know what I mean. And there are the exceptions of these rules. I love Kendra, Philip, Final, Hockeyman, Rodolfo..etc.etc.etc. The people I talk to on a daily basis, I care alot about them. Doesn't mean I don't care about you, just means we need to know each other more. So yeah. Forum, I love you.
